THE BROTHERS REED
Despite their brotherhood, Aaron and Phil Reed didn’t start playing music together until 2014 after Phil left their hometown of St. Charles, Missouri to join Aaron in the unsullied mountains of the American Northwest. The brothers family blend of folk encapsulates the grit and humor of Midwest life with the swagger and serenity of the west coast. Their style evokes finger picking folk singers of the 60’s and 70’s with a contemporary and boundless edge.
With their comedic brotherly banter, impeccable harmonic expression, and widely varying influences, a Brothers Reed performance will have you reflecting on lost lives and lovers, laughing hysterically and leaving completely entertained.

FOREST SUN
Forest Sun was born in upstate New York to folksinging back-to-the-land hippie parents. His dad used to chop wood with neighbor Garth Hudson of the Band and literally built the floor that Bob Dylan stood on at manager Albert Grossman’s Bearsville studios in Woodstock, NY.
A pioneer of the DIY movement he recorded his first record in his bedroom in San Francisco with bassist Seth Ford Young (Tom Waits, Edward Sharpe) and toured Europe for the first time, including playing at the Rally on Dam Square in Amsterdam for the Tibetan Freedom Concert.
Forest Sun, enlivens audiences around the globe with his wealth of songs and stories, all sung and told in a laid-back California style. Forest’s songs mine his deep folk roots and embrace his love of gospel, soul, reggae, and country.

MARCHFOURTH
MarchFourth is a kaleidoscope of musical and visual energy that inspires unabashed dancing and an atmosphere of celebration. Born in Portland 23 years ago on a Mardi Gras Day, MarchFourth’s collaborative roster has evolved through many musical generations. The M4 family now spans from Oregon and Seattle all the way down to New Orleans.
Costumed as a psychedelic punk rock marching band circus troupe, M4’s show features electric bass, guitar, a 4-piece percussion corps, a 7-part horn section, dancers, acrobatics, stilt-walkers, a live visual artist, and a diverse musical repertoire. Far from a "marching band" in any traditional sense, they have been known to swagger through town playing a few tunes before taking the stage.
